My baby boy isn't such a baby anymore. 6 months old and growing every minute!
Doctor says that Tommy is in the 25th percentile and I am a happy momma! Weighing in at 15 pounds and measuring at almost 26 inches long! What a boy!
I can't help but marvel at how grown up he is. He gets really unhappy at meal times unless he is sitting in his chair, munching on something! Whether it's a carrot stick or some applesauce, he doesn't care.
| Such love in this smile of his! |
I had quite a sad discovery this month! My baby is a pro at rolling. How do I know this? He was on the couch when I walked into our hallway and after hearing a big thump and a scream, he was on the floor. Yup, he rolled right off the couch. I cried more than he did and within a few hours he was back to his happy, smiling, loving self.
Tommy is such a trooper! Dale and I are always doing silly things with him and for the most part, he just joins right in. I am so glad that I got this new camera for Dale's birthday. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have all these pictures of my baby to look back on. Before I know it, he'll be all grown up and saving china!
We took this picture for our Manitoba side of the family. Tommy doesn't have any sport team preferences yet. But he did stay up and watch the whole Grey Cup game this year! (Go Riders!)
If you are offended by this picture, it's a good thing my post is almost over because you don't have to read anymore! But seriously, who doesn't love a cute little baby butt?? This boy adores bath time! You might be asking, why is he standing up in the bath? Well, it's his new thing to do. Stand up in the tub and then sit down as quick as he can to make the biggest splash! This makes it quite tricky to wash him. Bathing is most definitely a two person job! Also, he insists that his tub sits in front of this mirror so he can laugh with himself every time he makes half of the water disappear.
Keep on growing my baby, and never stop smiling!
