Already 11 months old!

Every time I think about how old Thomas is, I have to stop myself before I have a melt down. Less than a month till my baby is a year old. Where on earth did that time go?!

He's sure acting more and more grown up everyday! He shows his emotions soo well, he loves interacting and playing with people, and he is so curious about everything!

This is how he shows you what he wants, what he sees, or where he heard a sound. It's actually pretty cute how he will stop what he's doing just to point. We got lucky and captured the Double point!

Tommy is starting to become a better eater! Hooray! He'll eat meat if it's in a big chunk that he can rip pieces off (like a wild animal) with his two little bottom teeth. Haha it's pretty funny to watch. He is also getting very curious about forks and spoons. He sees us using them and wants one in his hands, too. Most times he'll just pick pieces up with his other hand or he'll stab his food with the wrong side of a fork, but he's figuring it out!

We all got invited to a birthday party for a little girl in our ward who was born just before Tommy! He loved having all the balloons around, lots of kids to chase and yummy snacks to eat. He wasn't a big fan of the party hats though.

After Dale finished his school year and before he started work for the summer we got to make a trip out to Edmonton and visit Dale's siblings that live there. It was a long ride there with Thomas. He only had two half hour naps and didn't want to be in his seat any longer. But, we finally got settled at his sister's house.

Tommy had a blast playing with so many cousins! He got to laugh at them, crawl after them, and watch as they played silly games with Dale.

We also got to meet the newest baby in the family! He is such a sweetheart! Tommy was always curious about the baby! He would go off and play with some toys but he would always come crawling back to the couch to make sure the baby was still there.

We spent a few hours one day at this really cool bear park in Edmonton! Tommy got to experience sand for the first time and even a baby swing! I am really looking forward to having the weather warm up so that Tommy and I can visit the parks around our house. We've been cooped up too long!!

We forgot to bring any of our swimming stuff but Dale's brother had an extra pair of shorts and Tommy borrowed some from his cousin and they got to have a blast in the water!

We had a great trip and we're happy to be home. Please, nobody remind me about how fast my baby is growing, I can't handle it!
